Only your personal bests count. Every exercise you have logged contributes its best set to your score.

Lifts older than 90 days decay gradually. Train consistently to maintain and grow.
Diminishing returns
Each additional exercise adds to your score, but with less impact than the previous one.
Bodyweight adjusted
All weights are normalized to your bodyweight so scores are fair across all body sizes.
